Thanks so much for checking out my store! All items you see have been made by myself--many of the patterns are of my creation also. What you see is what you get; I send the actual item that's photographed, which means that the item is all created and ready to go, so I can ship it to you immediately. I try to use the best quality materials for the price and do everything to crochet/sew in a secure manner that will last and look good for as long as possible. Buttons are sewn on by hand, then additionally secured with washable fabric glue. I can do custom work and often do so, depending upon circumstances; please contact me if you're interested; there may or may not be an additional fee, depending upon the availability of materials and time constraints. I think this type of shopping and selling is great and can be a fun, rewarding experience for both shopper and seller.
I'm used to being able to see the look of joy on my customer's faces when they make a purchase--especially a monkey, so it'll be interesting to see how this type of store works out!
I accept pay pal and money orders. If you are geographically close by and want to arrange for pickup of an item to save paying the shipping costs, please convo me and I'll create a reserved listing for you.
If at all possible, I'll ship your item to you by the day after I receive your order. Unless you specify otherwise, I ship USPS priority or first class mail, so you should receive it 2 or 3 days later. Along with my goal of sending you a quality product that you'll be pleased with, I aim to ship so that you receive your item(s) in tip-top condition. When reasonable, I re-use shipping containers to save those trees! If you live nearby (Chesterton, Indiana) and want to pick up your purchase to save the postage, please convo me so that I can create a custom listing reflecting the lower price, and so we can arrange pickup details. I truly want your shopping experience in my store to be a pleasant one on all levels!
Refunds and Exchanges
My goal is for my customers to always be satisfied with their purchase from my shop. If an item needs to be returned, please first contact me stating the reason. Please remember that each of my items is a one of a kind, so however long that item is away from my store is how long it's unavailable for sale. Items may be returned for full refund minus postage within two weeks; please do not ask to return an item after more than thirty days.
