Pursuing a life that begets beauty is what led Owner and Floral Designer Stephanie Petrak to leave her law office job and open Lorraine’s Cottage in 2014. Her passion is creating goods to adorn your own place in the big world: your home. She creates her lush and whimsical floral pieces with faux flowers, so you can have that designer look in your home year round without them ever fading away. Using leafy greenery, wild fruit, hardy herbs and luscious blooms, each free form arrangement makes you feel its fresh from the garden. Whether you use a wall hanging in a gallery wall in your living room, a garland on your table for a dinner party, a large arrangement on your fireplace mantle, or a custom designed set for your special event, these florals are a piece in crafting a meaningful life that produces more beauty in the world.

EXCHANGE: Buyer is responsible for shipping product(s) back to Lorraine's Cottage in the original condition. The product(s) to be returned must be tendered to shipper within 3 days of making return arrangements with me, and tracking numbers must be sent to me as well. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Product(s) must be returned in original condition. New products will be shipped out within 5 business days of receiving original product in satisfactory condition from Buyer.

REFUND: Buyer is responsible for shipping product(s) back to Lorraine's Cottage in the original condition. The product(s) to be returned must be tendered to shipper within 3 days of making return arrangements with me, and tracking numbers must be sent to me as well. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Product(s) must be returned in original condition. Refund will be sent within 2 business days of receiving original product in satisfactory condition from Buyer.

DAMAGED PRODUCT: Buyer is responsible for taking a picture of the damaged product and sending to info[@]lorrainescottage.com within one week of receiving the purchase. Replacement product will be shipped out within 7 business days at no cost to buyer.

Shipping
All products are shipped via USPS or FedEx...please see each individual listing for shipping carrier, insurance included, and processing times.

International customers outside the U.S. should please note that customers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Do you offer a discount for bulk orders?

Yes - I offer 10% off when you purchase 4 or more items. Please contact me before purchasing to receive the discount.

Do you do custom size garlands?

Yes - Please contact me with what size you need!

Are wreaths ok to hang outside if the door isn't completely covered?

I have hung my designs on my exposed front door with an overhang with no issues at all. I recommend that the wreaths are not exposed to direct rainfall or snowfall. If you would like to further protect your wreath, I recommend sealing it with a faux floral sealing spray that can be readily purchased at craft stores or Amazon.

Where do you get your supplies from?

I have sacrificed time and money over years developing my craft and my list of many, many suppliers, so you can understand that is something I don't readily share.
