Nothing is more gratifying to her than CREATING. In 1993, she called Melrose, MA home, opening Hourglass Gift Gallery in 1999, closing in 2021 to take a different path during the Pandemic to do her own work and expand her own brand, Loma Jewelry, which was created in 1990. Lorrie's work is described as playful and artistically organic. You will see this through all Lorrie’s work as she creates in her own Melrose Studio. Lorrie’s education is in business, retail management, Arrowmont School of Arts & Crafts and continued Art educational courses. Family, friends and making art are my biggest loves along with my love for Birds, (Hello Cards were created through her bird paintings) Yoga, Reading Fiction, Nature walks and my Cat, Prini!
