Items will not be shipped until payment is received.

We don't collect separate 'tax' on top of the item's list price at this time. Any applicable taxes should be considered included in the price of the item(s). The price you see is the price you will pay.

We will allow the buyer to cancel an order if it has not yet shipped. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
We ship to the Continental US only. No international orders please. No exceptions will be made to this rule.

Items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Insurance will be purchased if the order total value is $100 or more or for specific items as described in that item's listing. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation. The tracking number will be provided upon request.

We will combine items into one shipment.

Items will typically be shipped on the first Saturday after the order has been placed and payment has been received. Unfortunately, Lost Empire Vintage cannot handle special shipping requests at this time.

Lost Empire Vintage believes in reducing landfill waste and so uses recycled or repurposed boxes and packing materials wherever possible. We are unable to provide gift boxes or gift wrapping.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are considered final once an item has shipped, excluding cases of loss, damage, or accidental misrepresentation.

Before you buy, please feel free to ask for additional information on any item in the shop. We are happy to provide whatever info you may need in order to feel comfortable about making a purchase with us. We want to work with you to make the sale process as easy as possible.

All vintage items are sold-as-is. Please carefully read the item description prior to purchase. We do our best to accurately describe the condition of items but please keep in mind that these are used vintage pieces and they can and will have flaws which may be missed when the item is being prepared for sale. Refunds will not be issued for as-is items because a buyer changes their mind about their purchase!

We try to accurately identify the age and make of items being sold but sometimes mistakes may be made in the listing of an item. With unlabeled pieces particularly, it can sometimes be difficult to conclusively identify the age or material. If it is determined a significant error of misrepresentation was made in the item's description then Lost Empire Vintage may accept a return of the item in exchange for a refund.

For damaged items, please provide photographs of the damaged goods and packaging. Due to the potential for fraud, a refund may only be provided upon receipt of proof of damage. Lost Empire Vintage may request that the buyer return the damaged items and packaging in order to receive a refund.

For items lost in transit, we will confirm via delivery tracking that the item was indeed misrouted. If the item cannot be found within a reasonable time, a refund may be given for the missing shipment.

With the exception of orders lost in shipping/transit, the buyer must return the unwanted item in order to receive a refund in order to eliminate the potential for fraud, no exceptions.

If a discount was given for an item, then the buyer will only receive the amount of the discounted price in refund.

Lost Empire Vintage is not responsible for stolen shipments.

Lost Empire Vintage is not responsible for buyer's remorse. We do not pay for alterations or repairs of purchased items, including ring resizings.

Lost Empire Vintage reserves the right to refuse a refund at any time for any reason.

Lost Empire Vintage also reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy. If you have a legitimate concern, please write to us and we will try to work something out.
