The Princess Anna hair bow was absolutely beautiful! The detail is amazing, right down to the packaging and extra touches with "snowflakes" in the wrapping and little princess stickers!! My Grand daughter was thoroughly delighted!!!! Thank you!!

Why, hello there, my fishy friends! My name is Luna and I am a college student but really kid at heart. I create Disney/fairytale inspired items for everyone who would like a little extra magic in their lives.

Shipping
I use recycled boxes and packaging supplies for my items, which is why my rates are fairly low. In no way does this damage your treasure but it's just a little way to help the planet. I have no problem, if by request, to use actual boxes from the post just let me know ahead of time to raise the price of shipping to be able to do so.

If lost and not yet received please contact me to see if there is anything I can do, as in mailing another and such.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible. If fault was on my end, then if the item is returned within 7 days of the buyer's arrival date, I will gladly give a refund of the item if possible or store credit.


**Most all custom items are FINAL SALE, however please contact me to see if you might be an exception.**

Shipping charges and insurance fees are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
