We are usually able to ship out within 24 hours after your order, otherwise we always make sure to ship within 2-3 business days after payment has cleared.

Shipping quotes are for USPS first class or parcel post. We sometimes upgrade at our discretion to Priority Mail if the cost is not prohibitive.

If you wish to add INSURANCE to your package, please let us know before paying so we can adjust your invoice.

We are happy to combine shipping for multiple items. Because most of the items in our shop are irregularly shaped, please convo for a combined shipping quote.
We do our best to reuse and recycle packaging. We reuse boxes, bubble wrap, tissue paper, etc that is clean and in reusable condition.
Refunds and Exchanges
No returns accepted.

We do our best to accurately describe our items and point out any flaws, but please understand that you are not purchasing a brand-new item. We package your items carefully for shipping, but cannot control what happens once the package leaves our hands, so we encourage you to consider adding insurance (contact us before paying for a revised quote!) to fragile items.
