Ready to ship packaging supplies/premade pieces: 1-3 business days (M-F)
We ship USPS first class ( on small items up to 16 oz ) which typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive. PLEASE NOTE: There is no guarantee on a 5-day arrival with first class. If you need a guaranteed arrival, then the shipping needs to be upgraded to Priority when checking out.

For heavier items, envelopes, boxes or large orders that exceed 16oz, we ship USPS Priority which takes appx. 1-3 business days for arrival.

The best way to reach us is via Etsy convo. We are typically available between the hours of 8 am - 12pm PST. We try our best to answer convos as quickly as we can. If your message isn't answered immediately, please be patient with us. Because we are a home based papery, our hours are not always the same everyday.

About

A vintage-inspired papery and supply

LouTinen Events is our original Etsy shop in the LTE family. My sister and I started out in 2005 as a papery selling custom invitations for all events. In 2010, we opened our LTE papery shop and have loved it ever since. After having our first babies, we decided to convert our shop in to a supply store with some hand made items. There wasn't nearly enough time to fill all of our custom requests. With that, we became a vintage-inspired papery supply. We were still able to use our creative side, but also allow ourselves time to care for our families.

Renee and I absolutely LOVE throwing parties! Whether it be one of our kids' birthdays or a baby shower for a friend, we can never get enough of it. Our products are hand selected by each of us and added to the shop for our buyers to love as much as we do.

Over a year ago, Renee took an Etsy break and I took over both shops so she could spend time with her new little one. Recently Renee has opened a new Etsy shop with inspirational bracelets. Give her some love and check out the fantastic jewelry she is making: www.wordtherapy.etsy.com

Payment must be received in full by LouTinen Events before purchased items will be constructed and shipped.
Shipping
Shipping IN-STOCK ITEMS: Items in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of cleared payment. Our shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

We ship via USPS first class ( on small items up to 16 oz. ) which USUALLY takes 2-7 business days to arrive. PLEASE NOTE: There is no guarantee on a 7-day arrival with first class. If you need a guaranteed arrival, please upgrade to PRIORITY shipping. Priority shipping is a guaranteed 1-3 business day arrival.

For heavier items, envelopes, boxes or large orders that exceed 16 oz, we ship USPS Priority which takes appx. 1-3 business days for arrival.

**We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and outside the United States. If you would like to place a custom order with Priority shipping upgrade and are outside of the continental United States, please send us a message with your shipping destination and order and we will set up a reserved listing for you.

CONFIRMATION: If you would like to add signature confirmation to your shipment, please let us know prior to ordering and we will set up a custom listing with the confirmation included.

INSURANCE: LouTinen Events is not responsible for LOST, STOLEN or DAMAGED packages. If you would like your package insured, please inquire with us prior to purchasing.

TRACKING AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All domestic orders are shipped via First Class-tracking is included with this postage. Orders shipped internationally are shipped via First Class International. Once these orders leave the United States, the USPS has no way of tracking them. Please inquire with your local post office and/or customs for the status on your package. If you would like to add tracking to your International package, then the shipping must be upgraded to priority international. Please contact us prior to placing your order so the shipping costs can be adjusted. International shipping can take up to 30 days due to customs.

**Shipping cost includes postage and shipping supplies to send your package.
Refunds and Exchanges
***REFUNDS AND ORDER CANCELATIONS***

LouTinen Events understands that events may change, and you may request to have your order cancelled. If you contact us prior to your order shipping, we will gladly issue you a full refund for the product and shipping costs. If you are unsure about the item you want to order or if you need more than what is listed please convo us before purchase and we will be happy to answer any question that you may have.

You may return instock items, however LouTInen Events will not be responsible for the return shipping costs and we do not refund any of the original shipping fees from the purchase.

FOR ALL CANCELLED AND RETURNED ORDERS, a $.20 fee per item purchased will be deducted from the order refund and will be retained by LouTinen Events.

If you return an item, your refund will not be issued until the item has been received by LTE and it has been inspected and deemed 100% INTACT, UNUSED and RE-SELLABLE.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from purchase date.

*We do not accept returns on clearance, discounted or discontinued items.
*We do not accept refunds on custom or special order items.
* We are unable to accept refunds on paper straws, food containers, treat bags, food picks and all other items that may come into contact with food, or are meant for use with food.

Customer service is important to us! We try our very best to accurately describe our listings, so you know exactly what you are purchasing. Due to computer monitor variations LouTinen Events cannot be held responsible for purchased items that appear slightly different in color. If you are not satisifed with your product please see the above information for return policies.

COUPON CODES
Coupon codes must be redeemed at time of check out. LTE does not issue credits/free product in replace of a unused or lost coupon code. LTE will not issue a refund on a prior/current purchase if a coupon code or sale comes up after the transaction was completed.

HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
We ship orders out within 1-3 business days of completion (excluding holidays or weekends) and it takes approximately 2-7 business days for you to receive within the continental United States. We also offer Priority shipping if you prefer! Please select Priority shipping at checkout for the upgrade. For upgraded shipping needed after placing an order, there will be a $.20 charge listing fee added to the additional shipping cost. For international orders needing Priority shipping, please contact us BEFORE placing your order and we will set up a custom listing for you!

WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?
We are in our office Monday through Friday from 8am to 12pm (pst). If you message us after hours, we will respond as soon as we return. Because our office is home-based, most of the time, we are able to respond immediately during business days.
