I purchased jewelry from LouisLboothjewelry for a family member for Christmas. My mother in law fell in love with their jewelry after seeing them at a fair. Unfortunately someone stole the package from my mailbox. My neighbor found the ripped up packaging in their bushes. I contacted them via Etsy right away to see if there was anything they could do (I honestly was at most hoping for a coupon code lol), but they went one step further and sent me a replacement free of charge right after Christmas. It came in like two days. The quality of the pin is amazing, the customer service is equally amazing and like I told them via email, I just felt so blessed. It's good to know that there is heart behind the jeweler.
