Wearable Wire Art, Whimsical and Beautiful Handmade Jewellery

Once upon a time there was a young (ish!) lady called Louise, who, purely by chance, discovered a box of beads on a dusty shelf. She was unable to resist this box of treasure, and when she opened it, it released an obsessive desire to make jewellery. Louise was infected with this obsession, and no matter how many beads, tools and wire she fed it, it was always hungry.

Eventually, Louise had too many beautiful items to keep for herself or pass on to those she knew, so she opened a little shop in the magical land of Etsy, through which she liked to wander herself when she wasn't hard at work twisting wire into fantastical pictures.

Fortunately, the little shop had enchanted walls, which were able to expand as the shelves filled up with pieces of jewellery filled with beauty and whimsy.

The shop is there now, waiting for the right customers to step inside and browse among the treasure. That box of beads on the dusty shelf is long gone, but never forgotten, and the only dust on the shelves now is a little sparkly fairy dust.

Jewellery items outside the UK will be sent by International Signed For or International Signed & Tracked regardless of the item cost. Please be patient when awaiting your delivery - much as I wish the item to speed its way to you, there are sometimes hold-ups in the shipping system that are entirely beyond my control! Should the item incur any customs charges, these will be payable by the customer. If an item is returned to me because the charges have been refused, I reserve the right to deduct any charges from the amount refunded to you.

Please note that postage times are approximate, and are beyond my control. If you live in the UK, and the item is urgent, please select the Special Delivery shipping upgrade.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do hope you will love your purchases. If, however, you change your mind within 14 days, I'm happy for you to send the item in new, unworn condition, back for a full refund. (This does not apply to custom items, which are not eligible for return). Return postage will be payable by you. I reserve the right to deduct a re-stocking fee for earrings, as I will have to replace the earwires on their return for hygiene purposes. In the unlikely event that your purchases arrive damaged, I will of course refund in full on receipt of the damaged items. I may be prepared to accept photographs of the damaged item and its packaging as proof - please contact me and we can arrange for you to email them to me in this instance.
Additional policies and FAQs

You can either purchase a custom made item from one of my listings, or contact me by convo and we can discuss your requirements. Please note I may need to ask you additional questions if you have not specified exactly what you require. Payment in full is required before your custom item will be made and sent. I will send you a photograph of the finished item upon completion to ensure you are happy with it. I aim to complete custom items within two weeks of ordering and purchasing, unless otherwise stated.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS (Findings and components):

I aim to complete these within two weeks of ordering and purchasing (usually considerably less, unless it's a huge order!)

It is not recommended that you allow your jewellery to come into contact with perfume, as it can affect the glazes or coatings used on any beads. Please remove jewellery before swimming, showering etc.

Silver, copper, bronze and brass jewellery, as well as some craft wires, will tarnish on contact with air - this process can be significantly delayed by storing unworn jewellery in a sealed plastic bag. Sterling silver can be restored with a quick rub with a polishing cloth.

Please bear in mind that my jewellery is all handmade and should be handled carefully, in particular any delicate items made from wire.

If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact me, and I will do my best to help.
