Welcome to Louise Leder Artisan Statement Jewelry! I am delighted to have you here and want to make your shopping experience enjoyable and worry-free. The item you purchase will be tucked into a plastic zip-bag for protection, and then placed in a jewelry box wrapped with a bow, suitable for gift giving. It is then carefully placed in outer packaging. It will be fully protected in its travels to you!
Custom orders are always welcome! We can work together to create the perfect piece that you have in mind.

I will ship your item to the confirmed shipping address with Etsy or with PayPal. If you would like me to ship to a different address, please let me know in 'notes to seller' at check out.
If you found an item that you love, but would rather make payments on it rather than paying all at once, that is possible. No extra fees will be charged. Contact me for details.
For CT customers only, a 6.35% tax is added on at checkout. Sorry!!
Items ship in 1 business day after payment is made. For custom orders, please allow an additional 5 business days for me to complete your order. I will send you a message when I ship your jewelry, with a tracking number, so that you will know when to expect it.
For US customers, I ship USPS Priority Mail with insurance and tracking included. Delivery should take 2 to 7 days. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please inquire before purchase so that I can include the upgrade to the listing.
For international customers, I ship First Class International. Insurance is not included. If you are worried about getting your jewelry safely, you can select Registered Mail at checkout. International customers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes and customs charges that may be incurred. Delivery takes 1 to 2 weeks, sometimes longer depending on your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase! I loved making it and I want you to love wearing it! If there is a problem, please contact me right away (within 3 days of receipt) so we can work together towards resolving the issue.
If needed, the item can be exchanged for something else, or returned for a full refund.
Please return the item, unused, in its original shipping box, and insured for the full value of the piece, within 7 days of when you recieved the piece. I will process the refund as soon as it arrives back in its original condition.
Custom orders are non-refundable. I will work with you, however, to resolve any issue you may have.
Additional Policies and FAQs
When ordering a ring, please select the size at checkout. If you do not select a size, I will assume that you want the ring as described in the listing. If you do not know your size, please do not guess. Have your finger sized by a professional. Your local jeweler is a good source for this.
When buying a ring with a wide band, 1/2 size larger than your usual size will feel more comfortable.
When I make a ring in the size that you requested, it is considered a custom order. As a custom order, it is non-refundable.
Please note that my stated ring sizes are US sizes.
