Each piece of jewelry in my shop is made by me with love, care and attention to detail. This handmade jewelry will last a lifetime.

I use the best raw materials available. I design and make each piece to the highest of standards. Each order is sent in a pretty box with a satin ribbon.

I want you to love your new jewelry! I want you to be so happy that you shop here again, and tell your friends about my shop too! I hope to earn your respect, your repeat business and hopefully a 5-star rating and a review.

Payment

All major credit cards as well as PayPal and Etsy gift cards are accepted. If you are new to Etsy, here is a step-by-step guide to making a purchase: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/339

I will ship your item to the confirmed shipping address with Etsy or with PayPal. If you would like me to ship to a different address, please let me know in 'Notes to Seller' at check out.

Shipping

Items ship in 1 business day after payment is made.

For custom orders, please allow 7 to 14 days for me to complete your order. When completed, I will send you a note with the tracking number so that you will know when to expect your item.

US customers: I ship USPS Priority Mail and with insurance and tracking included, unless otherwise noted in the listing. Delivery should take 2 to 3 days. If you need faster shipping, please purchase Priority Mail Express at checkout. With this service, delivery should take 1 to 2 business days. If the listing is set for USPS First Class Mail, please be aware that if your package goes missing, or arrives damaged, there is nothing I can do. If you are worried about getting your jewelry safely, please upgrade to USPS Priority Mail so your purchase will be insured.

International customers: I ship First Class International. Insurance is NOT included. If you are worried about getting your jewelry safely, you can select Registered Mail at checkout. This is the safest delivery method for overseas delivery. You may also choose to add insurance. Contact me prior to purchase for details. If you choose not to add insurance, it is at your risk. Items over $400 will ship with Registered Mail included. International customers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes and customs charges that may be incurred. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 weeks, sometimes longer depending on your country. Some destinations can take 8 weeks or longer. Please plan accordingly.

If you are an international customer and have chosen not to purchase Registered Mail and / or insurance, it is at your risk. I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items or packages that get hung up in customs. You need to be familiar with customs rules, regulations, restrictions and prohibitions in your country. There is no personal guarantee by me expressed or implied, that your item(s) will arrive safely.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase! I loved making it and I want you to love wearing it! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me right away (within 3 days of receipt) so we can work together towards resolving the issue.

If needed, the item can be exchanged for something else, or returned for a refund, minus shipping. Please return the item, unused, in its original shipping box, and insured for the full value of the piece, within 7 days of when you received the piece. I will process the refund as soon as it arrives back in its original condition.

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. I will work with you, however, to try and resolve any issue you may have.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Ring sizing:

When ordering a ring, please select the size at checkout. If you do not select a size, I will assume that you want the ring as described in the listing. If you do not know your size, please do not guess. Have your finger sized by a professional. Your local jeweler is a good source for this.

When buying a ring with a wide band, 1/4 to 1/2 size larger than your usual size will often feel more comfortable.

When I make a ring in the size that you requested, it is considered a custom order. As a custom order, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please note that my stated ring sizes are US sizes.
