Turn Around Time
All items are custom made by me with love and will be shipped on/by seven business days of purchase. Please add 3 business days ship time for each additional item purchased.
Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations?
I accept cancellations that are requested within one hour of purchase (this does NOT apply to digital downloads).
Since my items are custom made to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless a mistake is made on my end. Please ask all questions regarding size, color, etc., prior to placing your order.
Domestic Shipping
Items are shipped with the USPS.
You have the option to select Priority mail (1-3 days), Priority Mail Express (1-2 days) or First Class (2-5 days). Shipping preference cannot be changed after you have checked out.
I can only guarantee when I will your drop item off at the post office. I can not be held responsible for delays within the post office.
International Shipping
Items are shipped with the USPS.
You have the option to select Priority Mail International (6-10 days), Priority Mail Express International (3-5 days) or First Class International (ship time varies).
