Exchanges or refunds on customized items may be done on a case by case basis. I take into consideration your concerns and/or issues with an order as well as the process on my end.

I try to get most of my items shipped either same day or in 1. However, there are some items that probably won't get done in 1 business days. T-shirts is one of them. The shirts themselves take a few days to get to me. That outside variable is something I cannot control. I will try to get items out as quickly as possible, usually faster than the estimated shipping time.

Although leaving a review is not required, it is greatly appreciated. This helps potential buyers get a feel of how I do business. And let's say if your experience wasn't the greatest... I only ask that you give me the opportunity to make the issue a non issue. Along with making cool pieces, it is my desire to deliver top notch guest satisfaction as well.

When I buy beads (or any material I work with), I buy from reputable companies and trusted sites. I do this to ensure that the product that I am working with is authentic as I say it is.
I take pride in offering uncommon items at common prices. I think the fact that you're able to wear a rare flower pod from China around your neck for the price of a meal is awesome.
