My apologies the painting did not meet your expectations; I've refunded the entire purchase and hope the painting will still be of some value to you. Regarding the quality, our paintings are made by students around the ages of 8-12 and that includes the building of the frame and stretching of the canvas. In order that each student may have a chance to sell a painting and earn a little money, we try and list at least one painting for each student, even if the painting is not of perfect quality. I tried to place a note regarding this in all of our listings, but perhaps it was not clear. I hope you will consider us again in the future.

Please let Telma know that she is one talented lady, there is so much wonderful texture in the painting and she used the reflection technique in the water and sidewalks so well. I love it so much.
