These dishes are beautiful. We love them. We use them as our everyday set. They are very substantial and fit in well with our mid century modern decor. The service was great from the merchant, and the package got here very quickly. Highly recommend this shop!

Payment
PAYMENT METHODS: Paypal and Direct Checkout through Etsy are accepted for shipped items. Items picked up locally can be paid for with cash. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

DEADLINES: Transactions not paid for within 12 hours of purchase will be canceled and the item will be relisted.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Transactions cancelled within 24 hours will be fully refunded. Transactions can not be cancelled once an item has shipped.
Shipping
STANDARD SHIPPING: All items unless otherwise noted will be shipped via FedEx or UPS within 1-3 business days of clearing payment. A signature will be required upon delivery.

LOCAL DELIVERY: For large or delicate items, delivery arrangements can be made within 300 miles of Phoenix, AZ 85310 for a fee. Please convo to discuss.

GREYHOUND: Furniture pieces less than 100 lbs which we are able to safely package can be shipped with Greyhound PackageXpress for economical shipping. With Greyhound, you are required to pick up your package at your local Greyhound station once notified of its arrival. Please convo to discuss. FREIGHT SHIPPING: Buyer arranged shipping with the full service carrier of buyer's choice and at buyer's expense is more than welcome as we do not have the resources to palletize, crate and ship large items. Please convo us with your zip code if you would like us to obtain a quote on your behalf.

Plycon is preferred. We will do what we can to help and will be available anytime for pick-up. Items must be picked up within 21 days of purchase.

INSURANCE: Items shipped via FedEx, UPS, or Greyhound will be covered up to their maximum value as per each shipper's guidelines. When using your own arranged shipping method, please review their policies and purchase additional insurance if necessary.
Refunds and Exchanges
REFUNDS: All sales are "as is" and final. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so we will do our best to accurately describe items and take pictures that best represent their condition. Please note that colors are approximate due to variations in computer monitors.

No refunds or returns! Please feel free to ask any questions you may have prior to making a purchase and understand that we sell vintage pieces which have been around for 20 to 80 years. Even newly refinished items will have some imperfections.

LOST & DAMAGED: We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Items will be packed carefully and all items should be fully insured for your protection. We will provide the necessary information to help file any claims.
