Can I customize the text on the cards?
For most items, yes. Sale items and our premade birthday "party packs" cannot be customized. For all other items that do not normally include personalized text, we can usually accommodate requests but if we are busy it may add additional processing time to your order.
Can I customize my drink cozy order?
The drink cozies we offer are all premade to keep the cost down and the shipping fast. If you are interested in a custom order, there is a minimum of 75 per design with up to four color selections. Pricing starts at $225 for 75 cozies and standard delivery is 2-3 weeks.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns. We DO accept exchanges on items that are not personalized, and we are always happy to help you find a solution if there is an issue or a change is needed. Items from our 'Sale' section are final sale.
