Lacking communication and updates, sometimes taking days/ weeks to respond. Significantly long processing and shipping (almost 4 months). Started a case with Etsy before the product was shipped and it was resolved with a Full refund. Saying all this, to my surprise the flowers arrive 6 days before our wedding. The yellow flowers were a dark gold and no custom brooch decoration as was in my order. Even tho it was the wrong color and missing decorations, what I got was put together nicely. Over all it was a huge hassle and caused more stress then any other part of my wedding.

She has poor communication takes days if not weeks to reply to Etsy messages and also emails. I was promised my order 2 weeks prior to my wedding. I received them 4 days before only to find out they aren’t the colors I ordered!!!! I emailed 3-4 times to discuss this and no response. So now I have to go out and buy flowers 3 days before my wedding.

We were originally EcoFlower customers who had our full bridal party package ordered back in January of this year with a June date of delivery. We discovered they went under when they weren’t returning calls or emails. We found Michele through a website that is working to help EcoFlower victims and she had all the materials to provide us a gorgeous package at a reasonable price. She checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy with the direction of her work and she even expedited delivery so I wouldn’t worry about receiving them with everything going on ahead of the wedding. From the background details, to customers service, to quality exceeding the price, to the beautiful end product? Awesome. <3

The flowers were exactly what I imagined, they're great quality. The arrangements were beautifully done, Michele was great with communication. I recieved my order within two weeks. I ended up also getting some extra flowers and a centerpiece arrangement. I strongly recommend this shop ❤

This was the perfect gift for the military welcome I co-hosted. It is typical to give flowers but these are beautiful, will last forever, and can be displayed for years to come unlike the cut flowers that are typically given.

Wow, is all I can say! Michele was amazing to work with. She answered all of my questions and kept the lines of communication open through the entire process. The bouquet is more than what I expected! She even went to extra lengths to make sure it got here with time to spare. The bouquet came packed impeccably and is SO beautiful! I’m so glad I ordered from her and will definitely be referring people to her and coming back for more!
