Our Jewelry Designer Christy started out making jewelry for Christmas presents and for raising money for an anti-sex-trafficking organization called Dressember back in 2018. In November 2019, she partnered up with one of her dearest friends Meaghan to create Love Refracted. Megs has since moved on to other exciting adventures in life, but Christy is still here making jewelry for LR!

The name "Love Refracted" was born from the song "Colors" by Josh Garrels. This song reminds us that "colors are meant to bring glory to the Light." Who are the colors? Us. Who is the Light? Jesus Christ. He loved us first that we might love Him and in turn, love others with His love. His love refracts in His children which then refracts into the world around us. So this shop and our jewelry, in all its shapes and sizes, is meant to be our colors refracting the Light.
