Before the order has been placed with the manufacturer, please review the order to ensure that the style, size and colour are correct.

Garment size is chosen by the customers based on the manufacturer’s size chart and the measurements given by brides.

Special order garments are not custom made. Measurements are taken to ensure the best fit
possible; however, alterations are almost always necessary to ensure formal special occasion fit.

Love Spell Design is NOT responsible for the fit of the garment, or additional costs incurred, including, but not limited to: alterations or additional materials due to weight loss, weight gain, pregnancy or surgery.

It is the responsibility of the bride to identify whether she plans to lose weight in the notes section of the online ordering page, and to send the Love Spell Design the updated measurements at least 3 months before the wedding if so.

Love Spell Design makes generic sizes and it is the Bride’s responsibility to get alterations / tweaks once she has received the dress if need be. All females have different body shapes and it is expected to get alterations once you have received your dress.

This garment is a special order and requires minimum 12 weeks for production. All shipping dates are approximate. The manufacturer reserves the right to change a shipping date based on their production schedule.

Once the order has been placed with the manufacturer, the order cannot be expedited or rushed. Shipping may be upgraded from the manufacturer to Love Spell Design, at the manufacturer’s discretion. Additional fees may apply, payable by purchaser.

Shipping charges are never refundable, and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Buyer is responsible for import and customs fees which may be assessed upon delivery. Please make sure you are aware of the fees that may apply in your country.Also note that some countries take considerable time to process imports, which may delay delivery of your dress. To make sure you know what to expect we recommend contacting the customs authority in your country.

We have provided a size chart and if you haven’t got your full measurements when you order please don’t worry, we will get in touch to discuss the best size of dress for you depending on your general clothing size, the silhouette and the fabric of the dress (some fabric is stretchy and some not). If you already have got your full measurements, please put these measurements in the ORDER NOTES section of your order when you checkout, and we will be in contact with you to discuss these measurements. If you feel your shape/size proportions sit outside the standard then please email us with your concerns. If you are measuring into a UK 16 or larger, please message me first before placing an order.

We standardise our dress making process to avoid any sizing mistakes as all our dresses are made and fitted on standard size mannequins.We don't offer a made to measure service for these reasons:1. If your measurements are not taken by a professional there could be mistakes.2. Your measurements could change from the date when they are taken and your wedding date (most brides want to tone up).3. Most brides don't have wedding shoes yet when they purchase their wedding dresses.We believe the BEST and CHEAPEST way to do this is to order a standard size dress and then alter it 4-6 weeks before your wedding. Your measurements will not change much until your wedding and you will have your shoes with you.

Unfortunately we are unable to stock samples in different sizes for the brides to try on. We fully understand your concern and we have intensive experience with helping international brides to find their dream dresses, please message us with your wedding day and street size (with full measurements if you have them), we should be able to help you with choosing the right silhouette.

We don't offer discount but we offer 5% refund on all orders after your professional wedding photos have been used on our social media platforms.

At the moment we don't offer such a service. However, we are more than happy to make some changes based on our current designs. For example, adding/removing sleeves, shortening sleeves, changing the neckline, lengthening/shortening the train, changing the shape of the skirt etc. Please message us your ideas and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

### **Can I customise the look of my dress?**

Please message us your requirements and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Small changes are possible if these changes on based on the current design of the gown. We are unable to fundamentally changes to the design of our gowns.

We offer a limited number of Rush Order dresses for an additional fee of 10% of the price of the dress. The availability and rate for a Rush Order varies from day to day. You will need to check with us to determine if Rush is available for you. When contacting us please include:
