Payment
While PayPal is the preferred form of payment for time efficiency and security, we do accept personal checks as well as money orders. Please allow up to 5 additional working days upon receipt of checks and money orders for processing. Items will be shipped as soon as payment clears.
Shipping
In-stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours after payment is received and cleared.

All items sent domestically are shipped USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation included in the shipping and handling fees. For an additional $2.50 USD, I can offer Signature Confirmation for more secure delivery. Insurance is also available upon request. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive item from date of shipment.

All items sent internationally are shipped USPS First Class International. For an additional $8 USD, I can offer Registered Mail (which includes tracking and insurance) for more secure delivery. Please allow 10-12 business days to receive item from date of shipment.

Please make sure that your mailing address is accurate. Secure shipping options are recommended because I cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
Each item is handmade individually with utmost care and is thoroughly inspected before being securely packaged and shipped.

1. If your item was received damaged or defective, I can offer your choice of a refund (less shipping costs) or an exchange.

2. Damaged/defective item must be returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt. Once received, I will immediately issue a refund or ship out a replacement.
Additional policies and FAQs
Made-to-order items require additional time for assembly. Expect 2-3 working days after receipt of payment for shipment.

Custom items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
