1 out of 5 starsNever received item and had to involve Etsy customer service. Product marked as shipped, but after some digging, shipping label was printed, but usps never received the item for shipping. Thanks to Etsy, I got a full refund.

1 out of 5 starsMy order somehow fell through the cracks, The purchased product was never shipped to me. After 2 emails to the seller, I never received the product and disputed the charge just before the 14th day from purchase (not receipt of product) that Lovely Bath Products allows for returns.

Frequently asked questions
Are ALL your product ingredients organic?
No. However ALL ingredients are of the highest in quality available and an organic designation is always the preference. Each items ingredients are listed in the description, it will be noted there if it is organic.
How long before you ship my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, many being even quicker. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Are your products good for ALL skin types?
Yes and no. If an item is not so good for a particular skin type or area it will be noted in the description. For the most part though all ingredients are natural ... some are even edible!! -although they are not made for consumption and I do not recommend trying them. They are intended for external use only.
Can I buy your products in larger quantities at a discount, say for wedding or baby shower gifts?
Yes, absolutely! Contact me for details and pricing. I can create an item uniquely for you so all transactions will be through Etsy.com.
How long do your products last?
Generally I would say most are meant for use withing 6 months. If something can keep for ever or a very long period time it will be noted in the description, if it needs to be much quicker as well.
How do you make your stuff?
Aww, good question. These fine products are made in small batches, generally case quantity at a time. This ensures consistency, how fresh it is when it arrives to you and enough to be able to get it you quickly. That being said, it is made in my lovely kitchen in beautiful Burien, WA, USA. Larger orders may be created in a local certified kitchen.
All materials used in the process and/or packaging are stainless steel (NSF) or Pyrex glass, BPA and chemical free, and of recycled material when possible. Your health and safety is taken into the utmost of considerations and is my first priority, before making your best products to offer.
Where do you get your recipes?
Ha-ha! It's a secret ... ;)
No, but seriously, I have done my homework and my own personal testing (very, very long term uses). I use a batch for myself out of each and every batch that is made ... My kiddos too!
All ingredients serve a purpose to meeting the goal of the item. There are no fillers, it may be for: anti-aging, moisture, healing, exfoliating, sensitive, soothing/relaxing, or even all of the above! These uses are in the description and you will also receive an information card with your order.
What is the difference between this website and the Etsy shop?
None. Or well, maybe the URL, lol, but that is also indifferent. Honestly I don't know of any differences - one is part of the Etsy community and search options and the other isn't.
