Shipped fast, and looks exactly like the picture shows. It's well-made and sturdy, and I am super excited to put it on a chain and start wearing it around. The detail is absolutely fantastic :D

Thank you for choosing my etsy shop! Here is featured my wearable art and other polymer clay creations. My passion is for personal, handmade items is to provide a gift as unique as the buyer/giftee.

If you see something and it is on my site to be sold I have at least one in stock and can mail it out asap. If you see anything in the sold section send me a message. Also don't be shy, I do custom orders!

Payment
Thanks to Etsy I can accept paypal, credit/debit cards, and etsy gift cards. I do not accept checks, money orders, or cash. Upon special circumstance, arranged before hand, I will accept payments in the form of snackables including but no limited to: chocolate, nuts, dried fruit, cookies, etc.

As of May 12, 2014 $20 deposits will be required up front (paid to my paypal) for custom orders larger than $50 and half for orders over $100. This ensures that I will be able to cover supplies such as but not limited to: rhinestones, specific colors of clay, chains, customs beads,etc. This also will cover packaging but not standard USPS shipping.

There is a 2 day grace period to cancel before the deposit is non-refundable. If the client cancels after the 2 day grace period the deposit is forfeit.

Rushing the artist just produces shoddy work.
All orders must be put in 2 weeks in advance. Rush fees will be applied at my discretion if the client requests the piece(s) before the deadline.
Shipping
I ship locally thru the USPS. If you want something rush please send me a message before the item is shipped and pay for rush delivery. I will charge your fully for your shipping. What is posted as shipping on Etsy is a general assumption. If I need to charge more I will directly contact you or charge your Paypal.
International items will need to have a personal message delivered. I will ship international but rates will need to be discussed. International people will also be 100% responsible for their shipping and handling.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do repair most things and will replace missing charms. Any items that can be repaired/replaced will be at the clients expense, ie; shipping both ways. In all cases the items damaged/lost must be discussed with me beforehand.

I do not offer refunds on lost, stolen, or damaged items. Since all things relating to customs orders are discussed before hand there will be no refunds for customs orders either.

If a custom order has been abandoned (not bought through etsy and no message received that they are cancelling) after 2 weeks the item will be put up for open sale. This is only pushed off by an email to me. I understand things happen and I will hold the item but please be honest if you are going to be buying it or not.

Q: what is your jewelry made of?
A: Polymer clay, swarovski crystals, glass beads, and high quality jewelry findings.

Q: How long does it take to make a piece?
A: That depends on what the piece is. Most take between 3-12 hours.

Q: How long have you worked with Polymer clay?
A: Going on 4 years now. I have put a lot of time into my craft and I hope it shows.

Q: Will you keep me updated?
A: YES! I am more than happy to send you pictures of the process to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Feel free at that time to tell me what to change so everyone is happy.
