    Be-Stitched is run by Rachel, wearer of dresses and sort-of-seamstress, that's me!

    The idea of Be-Stitched is to have a dress as customisable as possible. I see no reason why shorties and tallies should struggle to find dresses the right length because they are not in the "average". So Be-Stitched is offering Petite, Regular and Tall in all sizes.

    Also available are any neckline or sleeve you want. If you can't see an option you would like then shoot and email over to rachel [!at] be-stitched.co.uk

    I have learned dressmaking through various courses both in my hometown of Brighton and at London College of Fashion. I create the pattern pieces, cut out the fabric and sew it all together.

    Returns and exchanges
    Can I return an item?
    If you are not 100% satisfied with your order then we will give you a full refund provided that you return it to us within 14 days of receipt and in a re-saleable condition, i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels.

    Please use the contact from or email rachel [!at] be-stitched.co.uk to arrange a return before sending the order back. Refunds will not include postage, and the buyer is liable for the return postage cost incurred. Items returned by international post may be subject to customs charges, you will also be responsible for this cost. We will only refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received by us.

    Please include your name, address, the PayPal-email the purchase was made from, and the order ID with all correspondence when contacting us and sending your order back. Without the correct information we will be unable to help.

    We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.

    How can I exchange an item?

    Exchanges have the same terms as returns, and all shipping charges involved are liable to the customer. Follow the same process as above and state you would like an exchange and what would you like to exchange the item for.

    How is my order shipped?
    All orders are posted 2nd class recorded in the United Kingdom. International tracked and signed is used for rest of world.

    Do you ship to my country?
    We ship worldwide. All shipping costs are calculated before you pay at check out.

    When will I receive my order?
    Orders will be shipped within 5 days of confirmation of order. After shipping confirmation please allow 5 days within the United Kingdom and 10-15 days for rest of world. If there is any delay due to high volume of orders then you will be notified by email. If you have not received your order 28 days after your shipping date, please contact us, any items that are reported missing to us after 45 days can neither be replaced nor compensated.
