Do i have to pay for returns?

We do not offer a free returns service, shipping cost en custom charges for refunds will be at your own cost. Clearly mark your returned parcel as 'returned goods' to avoid any customs charges. It is recomended to use a trackable shipping method. We can not be hold responsible for lost returns.
