Payment
I prefer any form of electronic payment.

If you would like to pay by another method, please contact me and we'll make arrangements.
Shipping
I use USPS, FedEx and UPS. Shipping method depends on type, size, weight and distance. Shipping method is at my discretion unless you have a preference. I can work with you if you do.

I like to insure fragile and/or breakable items against loss or damage. If an item's shipping cost includes insurance, this will be noted in the listing. If you require insurance please let me know. Additional costs may apply.

If you would like express or overnight delivery please contact before or as soon as possible after purchase so that arrangements can be made. I will try to accommodate all requests. In most cases, additional costs will apply and will be billed separately.

I am happy to ship internationally. Please allow up to 6 weeks for items to be received, as sometimes they are held in customs. For peace of mind, I use a third party insurance site for international shipments called Ship Saver.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items are sold as-is and I do not accept returns.
Additional policies and FAQs
How to measure clothing:
★ Find an item you own with a good fit, preferably one with a similar silhouette. Make sure you leave room to move comfortably unless you are going for a body-hugging look.
★ Lay the item on a flat surface, keeping the garment flat and smooth.
★ Using a measuring tape, measure the bust, waist, and hip from point A to point B.
BUST: Measure the length from armpit to armpit seam. On blouson or dolman/batwing sleevs, this is a bit trickier, but luckily there is meant to be extra room and an estimate should still provide a good fit.
WAIST: If there is a defined waist on the garment, such as belt loops, elastic, etc. measure from point to point. If not, measure the closest point.
HIPS: Typically about 5 inches below the waistline, this is where side pockets fall or where a dress starts to flare.
LENGTH: I measure from the neck seam on the back of the garment (excluding any collar) to the bottom of the garment.
SLEEVE: Measured from the armpit to the end of the sleeve (the underside of the sleeve)
★ Once you have your measurements, DOUBLE the bust, waist, and hip.
★ Compare your measurements to the ones provided in the listing.
★ Please remember that different silhouettes will work differently on different body types. The way a garment is pictured on the shop mannequin or model may be different than how it appears on your body. Measurements are the best way to ensure an accurate fit when shopping online.
