I placed an order February 18 and finally received my order Saturday March 18. It literally took a month to get a customized id badge. I could have done this on my own. She didn't even have all the items she needed in stock and had to order from China. She did throw in extra goodies but that's pointless when the product is not cute. She used lime green letters for part of the name when I clearly stated silver rhinestone letters. The name was not centered. Her work was tacky and rushed. I don't recommend her and I can tell why she don't get as many sells on Etsy. I had to message her periodically in order to get updates on the status of the product. She did always respond in a timely manner. To sum everything up I wish I could give lower than 1 star and I would never do business with her again.
