Please remember, all items are 100% handmade by me in my home. I also work full time and travel part time and work on all my crafts in the spare time I have! I have a busy schedule but enjoy every minute I get to spend on making every item in my shop :)
Payment methods accepted is PayPal and Etsy credit card services. Payment must be received within 24hrs of purchase.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are offered if requested on the same day the order is placed. No cancellations can be offered once I have started the work, no exceptions. 20% fee will be billed if cancellation is requested for not noticing the turnaround timeframes.
All orders ship within 5-15 Business days (Weekends and holidays not included)
Items are shipped to the shipping address provided on the order receipt, no exceptions.

Items weighing less than 13oz are shipped via USPS First Class Parcel with delivery confirmation tracking number which has a transit time or 2-5 days. Items weighing more than 13oz are shipping via USPS Parcel post with delivery confirmation tracking number, which has a transit time or 2-9 days.
I am not responsible for any damages, delays, lost or stolen items. if you would like your package to be insured, please message me so I can bill you for the insurance cost.
Express delivery is available upon request, for additional fee. Do not purchase if item is needed within 5 weeks, please message me to confirm I can deliver by the date needed. If previous delivery time guarantee is not received, I am not responsible for items not arriving by your event date. I am very flexible and can accommidate specific date requests.
* * * * Non USA Shipments * * * *
Delivery Confirmation is not available for Non-USA orders. Buyer assumes all resposibility for delayed, lost or stolen items. Buyer must make request prior to purchasing for a tracking # or insurance so shipment cost can be adjusted accordingly. Buyer is also responsible for any costs added by their country for the import of their order. Some countries do place holds on packages until the import fee is paid, in person, please see your local post office if you have any questions.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. All items are sold as is, no refunds will be issued. I do my best to provide detailed descriptions of all items. If a description is vague, please convo with me before purchasing.
If an item is damaged upon arrival, you must file a claim with USPS for the damages. I am not responsible for damages caused by the carrier. I am not responsible for any damages, delays, lost or stolen items on USPS's part. if you would like your package to be insured, please message me so I can bill you for the insurance cost.
