We use Standard International Priority mail with tracking number.The shipping time varies and we cannot control it but here is how long it usually takes:

Canada - 3 - 4 weeks
Australia - 3 - 5 weeks
Other countries - 14-30 business days
We provide a tracking number after your order has been dispatched.
Duty fees or custom taxes are not something we can control and they are responsibility of the buyer.
