Care instructions

Please handle with care. Acrylics can break or scratch if dropped or knocked against a hard surface. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat. Do NOT clean with alcohol.

Can my badge reel be permanent instead of interchangeable?

Yes! All badge reels can be made permanent instead of interchangeable. Please send us a message before or after placing your order letting us know you would like the badge reel to be permanent.

What is “acrylic w/ retract”?

Acrylic w/ retract pertains to our interchangeable badge reels. Choosing this option gives you the acrylic topper as well as a badge reel. The acrylic toppers may be swapped with other designs in our shop.

What do you mean by “acrylic topper only”?

Acrylic topper only pertains to our interchangeable badge reels. Choosing this option will give you an acrylic topper ONLY. You will NOT receive a badge reel with this choice, only the topper for the badge reel with the interchangeable dual lock technology on the topper. This item is more specific for customers who have previously purchased other interchangeable badge reels and would like to swap out the design without buying a brand new badge reel.

I don’t see a badge reel i like…what do i do?

send us a message! we are more than willing to try to work with you and design a custom badge reel to fit your needs. Please note, custom orders will take more time due to not having the designs on hand at time of customer purchase. Payment must be made before the badge reel is made to ensure we don’t waste any money on supplies.

Do you offer a warranty or money back guarantee?

We stand by our badge reels for up to 30 days after purchase. If your badge reel stops retracting, or the acrylic falls off or becomes broken we will send a replacement. This applies to the shop owners discretion, if the badge reel wasn’t handled according to the care instructions provided, the warranty won’t be valid. (ie, if left in extreme heat, cleaned with alcohol, etc.)

We try to keep our prices very low. On occasion we will run a sale, follow us on FB for notifications of sales and giveaways!
