Frequently asked questions
Which brands do you use for your apparel?
We use the Bella + Canvas 3001 and Gildan 5000 t-shirts and the Gildan 18000 sweatshirts. Each listings description will identify which product is being used.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since all of our items are made to order especially for you, I do not accept returns or exchanges. But, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me right away with pictures showing the problem, and I will do all I can to make it right.
Where can I find sizing information and care details?
Since I use a variety of products, each listing has a size chart in the photo cards for the specific product being used. Also, the care instructions will be in the description of the item, and may also be found in the photo cards for some of the listings as well.
What printing method do you use?
Direct To Garment (DTG) printing is used for all of our apparel. This process applies special inks directly to the garment, where they are absorbed into the fibers. With this process your design will not peel off as is possible with a vinyl design application.
