* Pay close attention to the sizing of the items. Beads and
Gemstones can appear larger in the photograph so
please check the details about the items before
placing your order.

* To determine your wrist size, measure your wrist above your
wrist bone to get an accurate measurement before selecting
your size.

*In order to preserve the life span of your jewelry, they should be
clean weekly with a soft dry cloth.

*Remove jewelry before, showering, swimming, exercising and
sleeping. Avoid contact with water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions
or other liquids

*All packages are wrapped with care, securely in bubble wrap and a padded envelope for mailing.

* All items will be placed in one gift box to reduce the shipping
cost.

Instructions for returning an item:

*You must contact Lusa Collection through Etsy messaging, three days after you received the item for authorization to return the items(s).

* Items must be shipped back to Lusa Collection within two days of receiving authorization.

* No refund will be issued without receiving prior authorization.

* Item(s) must be returned unworn and undamaged, in the original box with protective packaging.

* Ship items back by USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Please save the receipt with tracking number. Send tracking number to Lusa Collection via Etsy messaging.

* Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

* Refund (less shipping cost) will be issued five day from the date of receipt.
