Hello and welcome to the LuX Body Shop:)
I thank you for taking the time to check out my store. I hope you'll enjoy perusing through the store and find something you'll absolutely love and just can't wait to have :)

I love making all of these products for you by hand. I believe in using the highest quality of products, and all products are made in a smoke free, and pet free home.
All cold processed soaps are cured for 6 weeks and hot processed soaps are cured for 4 weeks in a proper environment.

I believe in shopping and supporting local businesses and some of my products will come from those local vendors or even farmers. In turn some products may vary by color, shape, size or even smell due to it's natural properties. I do hope you will read all of the policies that are in place so that you will have a wonderful buying experience :)

Returns and exchanges
I appreciate all of my customers but due to the handmade nature of the bath products I am not able to accept any returns. If I have made an error with your order I will be glad to correct it. Please contact me asap before leaving a negative feedback, so that , all errors can be corrected. If you have any questions please conact me before you place your order so that you will be satisfied in your purchase. Once I have shipped the item I will no longer be responsible for any damages to that package.

Exchanges will be made on a case by case situation. So please contact me asap if you have made an error and purchased the wrong item or color.
I prefer paypal for payments but I'm willing to accept credit cards through Paypal. All items are shipped within 2 days after payment has cleared. You will have 2 days to purchase your item or I will have to restock that item, and cancel the order. Feedback is very important on both sides so if there are any problems with the payment then let me know. Any items that are rejected for delivery will be the responsibility of the customer and no refunds will be returned. Cancellations are allowed if the customer is wanting to exchange for a different item if it's before shipping has been submitted. However this will be at my discretion. Due keep in mind once I receive the payment I will start packaging the order for shipment so convo me if there are errors that have been placed. If the order have been shipped then I will not be able to cancel the shipment and therefore I won't be able to cancel the order.
All items will be shipped to your Etsy address. I will send a tracking number for each order. Once a package has left my studio I am no longer responsible.

Lost Packages

I understand that sometime packages get lost in the mail through the carrier services. So if you want to add insurance then convo me and I'll add it to the shipping charges. The LuX Body Shop will not be responsible for lost packages.

Some products may change during the seasons. Keep in mind that hot weather can melt some of your products and you should immediately place your items in the refrigerator when you receive them. The products are still great products to use but they'll just need a little tender care.

Custom orders are acceptable. Contact me so that we can come up with something special just for you. If I don't have an item in stock then I'll check dilgently about getting items for your custom order. If there is a cancellation for the custom order then I won't
I do not make any guarantees on any products that are produced are healing properties and will cure any illnesses. If you are allergic to some of these essential or fragrance oils then you should check with your physican or test the item before you use them. Althought I've never had anyone that had a undesirable reaction to my products you should still make sure that you're not allergic to any of the oils.
