Priority Mail includes insurance, First Class Mail does not.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items sent through the mail once they leave our hands. All items are packaged extremely well, please open with care.

Tracking and proof of mailing is sent to buyers email address on Etsy file once items are shipped.
Please make sure Etsy has your correct address on file.
We are not responsible for re shipping fees if an item is sent to wrong address.

Please understand that I have no control over USPS once a package leaves my hands.
A tracking number is sent to your email address once your package is shipped.
USPS has been having delays and not properly scanning items. Packages will sometimes show as pre transit or pending acceptance for days before they update the system. Many times packages are delivered before tracking is updated. Please understand this is completely out of my control.
If there is a delay or any problems, please contact your local post office.
First Class Mail with tracking is Free for orders over $35 but do NOT include insurance.

We do not accept returns or cancelations.
We work 24/7 packing orders as they are received.
Please make sure you want an item before completing a purchase.
If you need to cancel for any reason and if the order has not been shipped but already packed, there will be a 15% restocking and re-listing fee.
Returns are usually not accepted but any item returned with prior approval, in perfect condition with everything included in package, will have a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees, including free shipping paid by us will not be returned under any circumstances. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to send items back.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once shipped, but all orders $100 and over include insurance. If a package is lost or an item is damaged we will need proof for insurance coverage. We will refund once the insurance accepts the claim, which is usually just a few days once photos are provided.
If your purchase is under $100 you may request and pay for insurance prior to shipping. First Class Mail does not have insurance.

In addition to photos and videos, all items have their size in mm and inches and their weight in grams and oz listed under item description/ item details. It is the buyers responsibility to read all information provided under item description and shop policies prior to purchasing. This is in fact one of Etsy's house rules for buyers.
