Credit cards accepted. Pay Pal is the prefered payment. along with Direct Check out from Etsy.
Only Checks sent through paypal are accepted.
checks must clear before item is shipped.
Paypal is still the most Preferred, easier , fastest and safer payment method.
Shipping
Ship USPS Prioirty Mail : Usually used for more than one item or if requested.
Ships USPS First class mail ; this is my preferred means to ship as it is most economical .

Once your item has left my studio and in the hands of the USPS I am NOT responsible for lost items. I provide a tracking number for each item shipped in the event you may have to call the USPS to locate a missing package. Most stained glass pieces are shipped Priority which includes up to $50.00 insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges
100% satisfaction required. Must be returned within 3 days of its arrival to you. Must be in mint condition and insured for complete refund.

All damaged items once returned, will be replaced at the sellers expense.

RETURNS: Must inform seller of your intent to return within 3 days of receiving item. Item MUST be securly packaged and insured for its return to seller. Return shipping/insurance paid by you the buyer. All this done, 100% return can be expected.

If piece arrives to you damaged, inform seller before you attempt to return it.
Your piece will be replaced & returned to you at sellers expense.

There is a NO REFUND policy on Custom made orders!!!!
There is a 50% deposit required on all custom made orders.
All Custom made orders must be paid in full before item is shipped.

Please understand that each piece of glass is unique, hence the beauty of stained glass. Therefor your piece may look slightly different than pictured.
No refunds on special orders. I will gladly work with you to resolve any issues that may arise from special ordering. I am in business to share my craft with you and hopefully we can both have a pleasant experience working together.
