Returns and exchange details
Refunds & Exchanges are NOT accepted at this time due to the pandemic involving COVID-19 to ensure the safety of all customers.

You will not receive a refund for lost mail or non delivered mail. Once your item has been shipped and dropped off at the post office I do not have control of what happens with your package!

All sales are final! Please make sure when ordering you order in your correct size you will NOT be refunded if you order in the wrong neck size nor will a replacement piece be sent to you!

Due to the nature of these products and COVID-19 we are not accepting refunds or exchanges once the items are shipped out.

If an item arrives broken, I will gladly replace your product if it is an error on my part.

PLEASE NOTE: Collars that have been used for more than 6 months, will not be replaced, a minimum store credit will be given of $7 and the maximum is $10.
Wear and tear happens to collars that are worn frequently. Also sleeping in collars my cause unwanted damage, please keep this in mind when purchasing from my shop!

~Parcels lost in the mail, or if wrong addressed entered upon check out; if it does not get sent back to me, I will not refund or replace product.
If placed in wrong mail box, and not delivered to you I will not replace or refund the item for I have no control after an item is delivered. Everything is handmade with love and care and all parcels are sent with a shipping label to the address provided, I have no control when/if the PO or USPS deliverers your parcel.

~If wrong sizes are willing purchased they are NOT available to be refunded.

~If a item is worn and is ordered in the wrong size, the collar, cuffs, or sets, is not able to be returned or refunded, if bought in wrong size or told wrong size when purchasing.

~DISCOUNTED OR SALE ITEMS will NOT be eligible for refund, they are discounted for a reason (I.E. Stitching error, Mis-pleated, or if I am not satisfied with the quality!)

~I will not accept personal (I.E. Purchaser) cosmetic damages, due to make up, and/or play time, or being worn.

~Please remember everything is hand-made, so slight and minor flaws may happen.

~I check all products before sending them out to make sure they are up to almost perfect quality.


If items are lost in the mail please contact your local post office and give them your tracking information! It may take a day or two extra to be delivered to you!

~Payment of any item must be received before shipping the item(s) out.

~Payment must be made on custom collars before production! Once it is paid for it will be added into my queue! It will take about 4-6 weeks for your custom collar to be made, or it will be shipped out sooner! Pictures are given once the collar is done to make sure it is up to you standards and the way you want it to look!


~Un-received payments up to three days will be canceled and the product will be set back to available.

~If a cancellation needs to be made for an order I will only accept if it hasn't been shipped out or if it is NOT in the the production stage.
US Shipping:
Purchases are sent by First Class Domestic Mail (1-10 days). Unless upgrades are purchased.

International Shipping Rest of the World:
I send domestic first class international shipping (1-8 week).
~Customs may hold package longer. I do provide tracking on all parcels, so please check your tracking.
~I am not responsible if your package upon pick up require any extra fees.
~ All packages are marked as costume jewelry for discretion.

Tracking can take a few days to update, please wait for USPS to update your tracking especially during busy times of the year.

Shipping Upgrades are available! Make sure to use the upgrade if you want USPS Priority shipping.

Shipping Estimates: Stamped envelopes within the United States can take 2 to 8 business days. First Class shipping within the United states takes about 2 to 6 business days. Priority within the United States takes 2 to 4 business days. First Class International takes 7 to 21 business days, although it can take longer.
Processing Time: It takes 5 to 8 business days for packages to be dropped off at the post office. So take that into consideration when ordering. This being said to calculate how long a package will take to get to you add the processing time and the shipping time, that will give you an idea of when your package will get to you. Although there can always be delays.
International shipping: We ship worldwide.
National Shipping: We ship to all 50 states plus Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

How do you measure your collars?

Buckle to first hole.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes I do! I ship to all countries!

What are your shipping times?

Custom orders and made to order items take anywhere from 1-8 weeks for production and processing time.
Premades are 1-5 days processing time.

How do you clean the faux leather?

You can clean the faux leather by using warm water and a mild soap or detergent, I like to use a wash cloth and gently rub all the dirt or make up off.

Do you remake customs?

The only customs I remake are: if they're a basic design with a simple add on or if it is something commonly made from my shop. Custom collars i.e. collaring collars, training, and consideration collars will NEVER be remade.
