Gemstone Authenticity
You guys I want you to know its important to me to run an honest shop. I only sell genuine gemstones and crystals in my shop. A "magnifying" test is not a good way to test crystal authenticity. Any time light/images pass through a convex surface there will be distortion in the image. Other ways to check gemstones being real versus fake is a "glass scratch test". Gemstones harder than glass will scratch glass. If you bring a crystal to a flame and it melts, its plastic. If you pick it up and its cold, its likely real. Man-made and FAKE are not the same terms. Fake is when sellers pass off stones as "authentic" material when they are actually NOT, composed of the material they claim. Man-made are crystals made in a lab → opalite.
How long before shipping/to receive?
Some orders ship before processing time ends, but not always depending on volume and life. Please be patient.
SHIP SCHEDULE: (based on a 1-3 business day processing)
Basically, the latest your package will ship if you order on (insert day) ships between (insert days):
Orders on Monday - ships Thurs-Friday
Orders on Tuesday - ships Frida
NO CANCELLATIONS ON ORDERS. REFUNDS ONLY WHEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.

For packages marked DELIVERED, please contact your local post office and ask for GPS location and request they investigate and retrace delivery. I cannot refund delivered mail.
