Very happy with this silk ribbon and how quickly it arrived. I burn-tested it and confirmed that it was really silk.

The ribbon arrived quickly, with a nice thank you note. I burn-tested the ribbon and found that it was indeed silk, as advertised. I am very happy with both the product and the service.

Perfect color and great quality webbing! I have been searching all over for the perfect color webbing to match one of my YKK zippers, and when I saw these I thought they would work, but I wasn’t 100% sure. I reached out to Lucie with numerous questions and not only did she respond almost immediately, she went above and beyond to help make sure I had a good idea of the true color of the webbing before I purchased it. She was extremely helpful and I am 100% happy with the product. Also, my order shipped right after it was placed, and I can really appreciate that. Oh, and there was the sweetest handwritten note in my package!

Shipping

I generally use the post office to ship my products at the most affordable price possible but upgrades are possible if you will let me know what you need but do let me know before purchase. Insurance is recommended especially on breakables. I ship within 1 to 2 and only unforeseen difficulties would delay the shipment. I do not add insurance unless you request it to save on your fees but am happy to do so. I always mark my sold items when they are shipped on the website.
