Announcement    3.4.21 - Welcome to our shop! We're happy you found us over here in our very tiny corner of the internet. Our current processing time is at 5 business days, however, we do sometimes ship much quicker than that if pending order count allows us to. All of our decals are shipped via USPS. Any decal under 15" is shipped via First Class. You will receive a tracking number that can only be tracked on Etsy. Etsy uses an approved USPS shipping partner, Pitney Bowes, to track the flat mailers, that would otherwise not be trackable online. Currently some packages are taking 2-3 weeks to be delivered due to USPS delays. If you would like to learn more about these delays, USPS has many posts about them on their website. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
• Mail Delays >> Currently our USPS is experiencing delays due to the global pandemic. Many packages are shipped and have no delays, while other packages are getting delayed anywhere from 3-14 business days, in some extreme cases we've seen a month.
Lucky Elephant does not issue refunds on delayed deliveries, as we make no guarantees on delivery dates. USPS will mark a packaged delayed and if a week has passed since tracking shows as delayed, a missing mail search request will need to be opened with USPS. Please contact us if you need assistance with opening that request and we will be glad to do that for you. These requests usually get processed within 3-5 business days, however, since there is a lot of delayed mail, sometimes these requests are taking longer than that. This is something that is 100% out of our control, so we truly appreciate your patience if your package does get delayed. If a package goes 30 days with no updates, we will send you a new product, but we do need your help in communicating that you have not received your product.

• Damaged Items >> If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately - 72 hours after receiving your order. Rarely do things get lost or damaged in the mail but it does happen. If your item is damaged when you receive it please take a picture of it and send it to us. We will be more than happy to replace it or even refund your money in certain cases.

• Order Issues >> If for some reason you're not happy with your item please let us know within 3 days from the day it was marked delivered via tracking, and we will get it worked out. We will not issue refunds on custom orders, or seasonal orders (Christmas, Easter, etc). We will exchange or refund them if the color, spelling, design, etc, is incorrect on them due to our error. In some cases we may refund the price of the item if it is our error and a replacement cannot be worked out or received in time for the seasonal event (Christmas, Easter, etc). All we ask is that you please contact us first and allow us to resolve your issue.

• Order cancellations >> Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of an order being made, any cancellations after that time will not be accepted. We will also accept a cancellation if the ship by date has passed and have not shipped your item due to an error or delay on our end. This does not pertain to delays due to incomplete custom order details or communications.

• Item Exchanges due to incorrect size >> All of our shirts have a sizing chart, please refer to that size chart to ensure you purchase the correct size. If you get your shirt and it does not fit properly, you may exchange it as long as it is not a custom order (custom colors, names, dates, etc), and has not been worn (other than to try it on), washed, or stained. It must be returned in new condition as it was received in. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs back to us and a $8.00 shipping and handling charge to send a new shirt, this $8.00 fee must be paid for before a new shirt is shipped. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item to let us know you will be exchanging it for another size. Please send us a message with the size you would like to exchange it for.

We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, Etsy Gift Cards and Money Orders.
Shipping
All of our items are shipped via USPS, unless otherwise specified. If you need something rushed please let us know and we can quote you on the extra shipping cost. All items have specified processing times. Please check our shop announcements for current processing times on our items. We will always communicate any delays in shipping time at the time of purchase, but rarely does that happen.

USPS Shipping Delays - We expect all of our packages to arrive to our customers on time and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, there are currently delays with USPS, FedEX and UPS. More so with USPS. Any delays are completely out of control and we're just as much frustrated with them as you may be. If you need help finding the tracking number or need help as to where you go on the USPS website to track it, please contact us and we can walk you through tracking your package. What you see on tracking is what we see on tracking, we have no special access. If a package is delayed in transit for more than 10 business days, please open a missing mail request with USPS. If you need help opening these requests on the website, please message us and we will be more than happy to open one for you. These requests are sometimes completely rather quickly, while some are taking a 1-2 weeks to complete. We will not refund for USPS delays, and do not guarantee any delivery dates. If an item goes more than 30 days with no updates we will send you a new one. If an item is deemed LOST by USPS we will replace the item as well.
Additional policies and FAQs
• Do you accept custom orders? We happily accept custom orders, please message us to set up a custom order. We are also happy to work with business orders on consignment. We've done a lot of consignment deals in the past and love doing them! Please contact us with any questions or requests you may have.

• Can you send me a proof of my decal before it is sent to me? Yes, we can send you a digital proof once an order has been placed, please put that request in your order notes at checkout. We do not design and send a digital proof before an order is placed. Your proof will be sent to you either on or before your order ship date. Order ship dates can be found in your order details.

• My item is marked delayed on tracking. Now what? USPS will mark a package delayed on tracking. Usually we start to see them move again within 3-4 days. However, some do get stuck in it's delayed state. If your package that was marked as delayed does not have an update for a week, a missing mail search request can be opened via the USPS website. If you need help opening this request, please message us and we will be happy to open that request for you. These requests can take 3-5 days to be resolved, but some are taking longer. We cannot control the length of time some of these requests are taking. These requests go to the sorting center the package was last at, and if that sorting center has a lot of delays there requests may take a week or longer. If tracking does not show an update for 30 days we will send a new item. No refunds will be issued due to USPS delays. If the delay occurred on our end, we will issue a refund.

• How will my decal be shipped to me? If your decal is 13" in width or smaller it will be shipped via a heavy cardstock envelope. Anything over 13" is shipped to you in a shipping tube. All decals are currently shipped via USPS.

•I received a tracking number for my decal that starts with a 0 and the USPS website says it is invalid. Why? Etsy uses an approved USPS shipping partner, Pitney Bowes, to track their flat mail that would otherwise not be trackable. You can view the tracking information on your order details on Etsy. These envelopes are not always scanned at each sorting center so sometimes you'll see a bit of a delay in updates on tracking. Please allow some extra time for delivery due to USPS delays.

• I ordered from another online retailer the same day I ordered from your shop, I got my stuff from them but not from your shop. Why? USPS is currently experiencing a high amount of delays throughout the US due to the global pandemic. Companies use several different carriers to ship packages, which will affect delivery speed. Since we ship mostly light, flat items, we usually use USPS. There are also many different USPS sorting centers located throughout the US. Some USPS sorting centers are extremely understaffed while others are fine, so what may happen with one package will probably not happen to another package. If you're needing you items immediately, please upgrade your shipping at checkout.

• I order stuff online everyday and have never had a delayed package. Why is my package from you delayed? Many companies have started to ship more with UPS and FedEX since covid started affecting packages with USPS. Amazon now has their own courier service to get items to customers faster, however we are just a very small business, and still need to use USPS to ship to keep providing you with the best pricing possible. We ship 99% of our packages with USPS, because most of our items are very light in weight or they are flat items that are mailed in envelopes. We have looked into switching to UPS or FedEX until USPS can get back up to full speed, however, our shipping would increase 7x the amount we pay now, which would cause a large increase in our prices, and that is not something we want to do at this time. If you're needing you items immediately, please upgrade your shipping at checkout.

• How do I apply a decal? Please see the item you purchase. There are application instructions in the pictures, in the item description and in the email you get after purchase. If you're still unsure about application or need any help at all, please message us, we're more than happy to help. We do not send paper instructions with our decals to reduce waste. We're big on helping the environment and reducing our waste as much as we can. We also have a YouTube video we can send you if you message us.
