Thanks for getting me going again, and for the fluffy present. Now I know it's not indestructible, but then what is? Love this spindle anyway.

Glad I had ordered extras, as my cat was playing with it unknown to me and my daughter stepped on the spindle breaking the shaft.

About

A small family working towards sustainability and self sufficiency while healing our old farmland and learning to live in cycles with it.

Hi my name is Wysteria. I am the mom and head farmer on our small farmstead. Our goals are to live in conjunction with the land and to learn to live off of it as best we can. We employ Permaculture principles and holistic management practices to produce the highest quality food, pelts and fiber we can.

We haven't always been farmers. Prior to this chapter of our life we lived right outside DC in Maryland. We were vegan and as a result of our first child health issues we have been on a long and quite fulfilling journey to where we are now. I study nutrition, herbs, and homeopathy and use them on my flock as needed. I have my PDC from Geoff Lawton and am constantly furthering my permaculture knowledge through reading and listening actively to a select few podcasts. My my wonderful partner in crime still works off farmstead and brings home the proverbial bacon. Me and our two boys take care of things here on the farmstead.
