LucyHaus' Shop Policies


Welcome to Lucy Haus! I hope you find a treasure that wants to come home with you. If you see something you like, don't hesitate to snap it up. Some of my treasures are one-of-a-kinders and may never reappear. The newest addition to my shop are my wood wick soy candles. I am excited to share these candles with you, they are amazing!

All materials used in the making of my items are purchased from either a local shop in my home town or when I can't find something I need locally, purchased from other reputable American companies on the world wide web.


Paypal, credit cards, and Etsy gift cards are all equally acceptable.


I ship via USPS and UPS. Smaller items will be shipped USPS Priority mail which includes insurance and tracking. Larger items such as faux mounts and chandeliers may go UPS or USPS Parcel Post which include tracking, but not necessarily include insurance. If you have a question about how your items will be shipped or if you need to purchase insurance, please ask first before purchasing.

I will provide you with a tracking number upon shipping. I will do my very best in packaging your item to make sure there is no damage, but I cannot control what happens to your items once shipped. If insurance is not purchased, no refunds will be given for items damaged in shipping. Items damaged or lost in shipping must be submitted to the carrier for reimbursement if there is insurance on your package.

I will ship internationally on most items. If you do not see a price for your country, please let me know. International shipment duties and taxes are your responsibility.

Your item will be shipped as soon as I am finished creating your custom item. Please allow adequate time for me to create your item. Between 1 and 10 BUSINESS days.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me. If your item was custom ordered I cannot take it back. I will accept returns and issue refunds on stock items. Return shipping is your responsibility.
