Very dissatisfied w customer service. Purchased item May 6, item was due to ship by May 11th but never did. Request refund. Will never shop again. Buyer beware!!

I am very sorry for your dissatisfaction. We were indeed delayed on shipping as I admitted and I communicated with you. As per my suggestion to offer you a refund I did indeed refund you May 16, so I wonder why you say "request refund" on May 17. I am sincerely sorry for your dissatisfaction at our lapse, as I stated repeatedly in convos, but please be honest in your feedback to accurately represent the situation.

Payment
We accept the following types of payment in US dollars:

1. Credit Card (per etsy's site specifications)
2. PayPal
3. Money order or Cashiers Check

Our preferred method is credit card.

Please pay within 7 days of making your purchase. If you do not pay in that window of time, the item will be returned to stock.
Shipping
Packages are usually shipped within 4 business days of payment clearance or on the Monday following payment clearance.

We ship internationally, if there is no price in the listing, please convo us for a personal shipping quote. Please note, if you pay via Paypal, we are required to ship International shipments are shipped via Priority Mail with insurance so that they can be tracked. We cannot ship any cheaper method (USPS 1st class mail does not have the ability to track the item.) for international orders. If your international purchase is over $250, per Paypal, we are required to have signature confirmation on $250+ shipments. The only USPS method that allows for the signature is Global Express.

Depending on the product, we ship via the following methods in the United States:

* USPS (Priority Mail, Parcel Post, and 1st class Mail)
* FedEx (Via necessary method)

Please see listing for more information regarding shipping of the item you are buying. If you would prefer one of these methods over what is listed, please contact us prior to your purchase so we can work something out.
Refunds and Exchanges
Since the nature of this business is selling of old, and sometimes used items, items are sold in "as-is" condition and therefore we do not accept returns. Please ask any questions prior to purchase. You may, however, return the item if the condition is MISREPRESENTED in the description. Please see the RETURNS section for more details regarding this option.

RETURNS:
In order to insure your return and refund are successfully completed, you will need to follow our return process guidelines.

1. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery date regarding your return and receive authorization. If you'll be traveling at the time your order is to be delivered, please notify me so I can delay shipment.
2. In your email, please state the reason for your return.
3. Be prepared to ship the item back immediately.
4. Carefully re-wrap the item in the same packing materials in which the item was received. Please be sure to also include all paperwork you received along with the item.
5. Ship the item within 48 hours of return authorization. You will need to ship via the same delivery method in which it was shipped to you ~ including insurance. If you do not ship with insurance, and the item is damaged or lost in the return shipping process, we will not be able to grant your refund.
6. Return the item in the same condition it was received.
7. Once the item is received and inspected, you will receive an email regarding reimbursement
8. We will issue you a refund in the amount of your purchase, minus shipping and handling costs, which are non-refundable.

We currently do not accept returns for international purchases.
Additional policies and FAQs
CONDITION:
Please note, pre-owned, vintage, and antique items will have a certain amount of normal vintage wear. If there are any noticeable issues, they will be noted in the listing. Normal signs of wear such as pilling, pinholes, fading, wrinkling, etc. are normal with vintage items and will not specifically be noted. If unsure, as always, please see photos. More photos are available upon request. Or CONVO us and we will try to answer your specific questions.

SIZING:
Please be aware that sizing on vintage clothing and shoes is usually outdated and does not exactly correspond to modern sizing. All items are measured with the item laying flat. Compare our dimensions with the dimensions of your own similar item to get an idea regarding the best fit. Please CONVO us and we can try to answer your specific questions.

RESERVATIONS:
We gladly accept reservations (putting an item on hold). Items can be on reserve for 5 days. After that time, if the item is not purchased, it will be removed from reservation.
