5 out of 5 starsI received this very quickly and was extremely pleased with the service. The quality of the material is great and I would definitely do business with this company again. It definitely met my expectations.

5 out of 5 starsExcited to find this pattern. Was searching the web when I came across this. Can't wait to start. Product as described but more. I got more than expected. Great directions, both photo and written. Well worth purchasing this.

5 out of 5 starsThe instructions are clear and the pattern is easy to follow. The instructions include info on different sizes. I used old blue jeans and red strips for the stained glass. :-) I'm making a queen size quilt and this is one of the 4 rectangles required.

Stained Glass Denim Quilt
I started my shop because I needed a more automated way to distribute my denim quilt pattern. SInce 2009 I have been sharing it via email to people who have visited my blog. The first few years I would get one or two requests a month but as Pinterest and Facebook gained popularity in the quilting world the request increased dramatically. I usually have 4 or 5 request a day with spikes of up to 50 in a day. I have found that I just don't have the time to spend emailing 50 people a day, thus Etsy.
I started making owl hats for my grandchildren in 2011 after seeing some that a friend had made. Then my daughter wanted one and then a couple of nieces and then their friends. I made them and sold them to raise money for Relay for Life for a couple of years and have continued to make them and sell them to raise money for various charities. I am finally a few ahead so I am adding them to my show.
Most of the items here in my shop help me raise money for charity. I have raised funds for Relay for Life and Lutheran World Relief but currently the funds go to further the work of Corner of Love (corneroflove.org). I have gone on two mission trips to Nicaragua with a group from Enumclaw, WA through Corner of Love and both trips opened my heart to the people of Nicaragua.I will go again in January 2019 but this time to Costa Rica to give aid to Nicaraguan refugees who have fled the violence in Nicaragua.
