Please visit my ETSY Store and you will find in “Ludas Hat Boutique” Hats and accessories from the Victorian, Edwardian style to current style Hats and accessories of Today. Most of my boutique items are custom hand made by me and my collections are all unique and one-of-a-kind.
I prefer Etsy payment.
I am happy to combine shipping charges on multiple purchases within a 2-5 day span, but you must contact me “before paying” for your purchase at Ludascrafts [!at] gmail.com and Ludascratfs [!at] yahoo.cpm . If you are purchasing more than one item, I will then send you a combined invoice with reduced shipping charges. To qualify for multiple purchasing discounts on shipping, all items must be paid for in one payment. My shipping is with the United States post office for all purchases. Please contact me before purchasing. The shipping amount includes packing materials and handling of the product and does not pertain merely to the cost of the postal stamp.

It will be shipped US Post Office Priority Mail Service and once it has been delivered to the Post Office, any damages or delays in delivery are the responsibility of the Post Office, not the seller.
Insurance: The insurance is up to you and your comfort level. I’m not responsible for items not received when the buyer has not purchased insurance. I always ship with delivery confirmation, you will be assured that I mail your package.
Refunds and Exchanges
All item is being sold as is with no returns and no refunds. Insurance is optional and must be paid by the buyer. Included with shipping will be delivery confirmation. Look at the pictures and ask questions before you bid. The item will not be shipped until payment has cleared. Once payment has cleared, shipping will be within two business days.
*Please note that my policy is all sales are final and consider the transaction complete once it has been shipped. As many of my hand-made items are purchased for one-time events, parties, etc., there are no refunds or exchanges. So please ask questions before you bid. Look at the pictures and note the measurements, sizes, colors, fabric, etc.. Bid only after your completely satisfied with your decision.
**Also note that combined shipping is possible on International and Domestic orders if notified in advance of purchase (payment). Once the purchase is complete and payment has been processed, the items are normally shipped within 24 hours using USPS Priority Mail with Insurance. Other forms of shipping may be requested in advance but may increase the shipping charges. Also, please note that International shipping is not predictable from the USA.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
I do not mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
