If in the unlikely (& unwanted for me) event that you are at all unhappy with purchased item please contact me as soon as you receive, and I will be able to refund or exchange the item.

It will need to be sent back to me in the same condition and packaging you received it in and should be sent back within 2 weeks of receipt of your item.

Most of payment options are accepted, as well as paypal which accepts major credit cards without opening a paypal account.

**Orders within the UK**

All items are sent with Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class service - I will provide you the tracking code as soon as items are arranged to be delivered.

All items are shipped within 3-5 working days after payment has been received (except during holidays).

If your item has taken longer than 3 weeks to arrive please contact me directly and I will be more than happy to help with either a replacement or refund.

**International Orders (outside of the United Kingdom)**

All items are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service - I will provide you the tracking code as soon as items are arranged to be delivered.

International items usually take 5 to 7 working days to be delivered to Europe and 7 to 10 working days to be delivered to the rest of the world; however, they can occasionally take longer than this.

For orders to Europe, if your item has taken longer than 4 weeks to arrive please contact me directly to lufulondon [!at] gmail.com and I will be more than happy to help with either a replacement or refund.

For orders to the rest of the world, if your item has taken longer than 5 weeks to arrive, again, please contact me directly - I will be more than happy to help with either a replacement or refund.
