The item came just as described, and within just a couple of weeks! The pumpkin had such bright colors with a lovely matte texture.

PayPal is the quickest and easiest way to pay for your items. We also accept checks, money orders, and Bitcoin - please contact Sarah to arrange one of these alternative payment methods. New York state residents pay 8% sales tax.
We ship all domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested. All shipping charges include packaging, insurance, and delivery confirmation.

Depending on Luke's workload and the day on which you place your order, it may take several days for your order to ship. (As an example, it takes one full day for the furnace to heat up and one full day for the finished piece to harden in the annealer, so a piece not already in stock will have at least a 3-4 day lead time.) We will always try to provide the most accurate ETA possible and aim for turnaround of less than a week for non-custom orders.

If you are purchasing your items as a gift, or if you need them shipped urgently or by a certain day, please let us know and we will make every effort to get them in the mail in time for your requested delivery date (note there may be additional shipping charges).

International orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail International, and will incur an additional $15.00 shipping and handling fee to allow for any duties, taxes and levies.
Refunds and Exchanges
We include insurance with all sales that ship via USPS. If your purchase is damaged or broken in transit, please contact Sarah ASAP with a picture of the broken item and we will send a replacement as similar as possible to the original.
