Morando na região de New Forest, adoro sair para fotografar a área local, incluindo algumas das belas praias por aqui.
Sejam pessoas ou lugares que eu fotografo, fico maravilhado com a beleza contida em cada momento que capturo. E escrevo sobre isso em www.lukeimages.com/ – frequentemente observando como esses momentos são fáceis de passar despercebidos em nosso dia a dia.
O mesmo vale para relacionamentos. Já perdi a conta de quantas vezes ouvi pessoas dizerem que, no fim das contas, tudo se resume a relacionamentos. Nesse momento, começo a me inquietar, pois sei que tenho muito a melhorar nesse aspecto.
É aí que entram os cartões de anotações!
São tão simples e, no entanto, tão poderosas na expressão de apreço, agradecimento, parabéns, condolências e apoio. Se enviadas com consideração (e não de forma descuidada, como eu fiz uma vez e me arrependi para sempre), podem ser um grande incentivo.
Então por que eu não envio mais deles?!
Bem, comecei a fazê-los com as minhas fotografias e também a comprar as de outros – com a intenção de partilhar um pouco de encantamento e construir relações!

Based in the New Forest, I love to get out and photograph the local area, including some of the lovely beaches near here.
Whether it's people or places I'm photographing, I'm amazed at the wonder contained in each moment I capture. And I write about this at https://www.lukeimages.com/ – often noting how these moments are so easy to miss in our everyday life.
The same goes for relationships. I've lost count of how many times I've heard people say that when it all comes down to it, it's all about relationships. At which point I start to fidget as I know I have a lot of improving to do in that regard.
That's where the notecards come in!
They're so simple and yet powerful in conveying appreciation, thanks, congratulations, sympathy and support. If sent thoughtfully (and not carelessly, like I once did and forever regretted), they can be such an encouragement.
So why don't I send more of them?!
Well, I've started making them with my photographs and also started buying those of others too – with the intention of sharing a bit of wonder and building relationships!
