Welcome to Lulu Cupcake!!
I'm a sugar and cake artist, I create various celebration cakes and toppers, celebrating everything from corporate events, and weddings, to birthdays, and baby and bridal showers.
I'm happily married and mama of two, and since most of my inspiration comes from my sweet family, I'm deeply honored that my work is included to celebrate other families.
I pride myself in putting a lot of work, effort, detail, and love in every piece I create, and do all I can to produce something to make my clients, happy and help complete their celebration.
I own a licensed cake studio, and bake and sculpt using recipes that have been passed on to me by my mother, the original Lulu, and I hope to one day pass all that she's taught me to my daughter Lulu, who is super artistic and loves sugar :)

I do my very best to take on all orders that I can, but I have been blessed that my dates book fast, so please try to place your order as early as possible, and you could always message me and I'll get back to you with availability as soon as possible.

All our items are handmade to order, PLEASE order as far ahead as possible to allow us enough time to make your topper while preserving our high quality! 
RUSH orders maybe accepted, depending on your special circumstances and our workload, please message us ahead to inquire if we can rush your order. Rush fee is only $5.00 per order if possible.

******Our creations are handmade to order, so please expect slight differences between all items as they will never be an exact duplicate. We also reserve the right to exercise artistic aesthetic and judgement to produce any item. There might be small differences from listing example photos******

Returns and exchanges
Edible items are only made to order, and are HAND made, so each item will NOT be identical, there will be differences due to it being handmade and we believe that's what makes it uniquely yours! Due to that and its edible nature, it cannot be restocked or resold and as such cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If you have any issue with your purchase, please connect with me immediately, and I will do all I can to help, and if time permits and at my discretion might replace your item.

Shipping
All items produced require a certain amount of time to dry before shipping. This time frame varies depending on the size of the piece and materials used to produce it. All items ship as soon as they are dry and solid enough to ship. Using USPS standard, priority and express mail, and UPS at times.
Once the items ship, I cannot foresee, control or be held responsible for any possible rough handling, I take extra care to package items with the expectation that they won't be handled with care, I include bubble wrap, padding, large air pockets, shredded packaging, tissue paper, and any other materials I feel will protect the item, I also wrap in food safe wrapping first. In case item is damaged despite my best efforts, please contact me and I will do all I can to help.
USPS and UPS given delivery times are what I go by, standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, priority usually takes 2-4 day, I cannot control weather issues, holidays etc that might delay them and take no responsibility if they delay delivery. Please message me if you need to rush ship and I will get you an estimate of time/cost if possible. (We will try our best to accommodate you), we do our very best to package our items with much care to get it to you safe and sound. But once it leaves us, it might unfortunately be handled with less care by shipping handlers. Contact us if your item is damaged in transit, we will do our best to help you repair it.

** INTERNATIONAL ORDERS***
Please message me before placing your order to confirm shipping cost, the amount stated works for most countries. Please also be aware that you will have to pay customs on your order. Most shipments arrive in 12 business weeks or less after shipping!
Additional policies and FAQs
When you receive your item, please use extra care removing it from its package, and be gentle removing wrapping around. Dry sugar can be fragile. You can store it in an airtight Tupperware type container and keep in a dark, cool place until you are ready to use it.
Please be advised that moisture might melt the sugar so don't freeze it or refrigerate it. Also, direct sunlight might fade certain colors, so keep it tucked away.
Some figurines might contain a skewer or tooth picks for support, so please be careful.
If a piece should come loose in shipping, you can sometimes easily repair it by using a tiny amount of water, or water mixed with a small amount of powdered sugar to make a glaze or paste like consistency, use gentle touch to rub small amount on that area and then attach being careful not to smudge it.
