WELCOME!!... and thank you for visiting my shop. I hope you like what you see and will purchase any or all of the items listed here. I aim to please those who shop with me so if you have any questions, please feel free to email me. I promise to answer within forty eight hours of all inquiries, (unless, of course, I am away for a spell). Have a great time shopping and have a wonderful day!!!

Payment
I prefer to be paid with Pay Pal as that seems to be the easiest method for all concerned. I ask that all items be paid for within five days of the purchase date. If you have other items you are considering for purchase, please let me know and I will start the payment countdown from the last purchase date. I will give you a seven day period in which to finalize all purchase decisions. I will accept Postal Money Orders but keep in mind it takes a few days for the mail to reach me. I would like to be informed if you are paying with a money order so that I do not bother you with unnecessary emails asking for payment method.
Shipping
All items are packed very carefully for shipping to prevent breakage. I will ship all items Monday through Friday. Small jewelry items can be shipped in a padded envelope very inexpensively...If you prefer USPS Priority Mail, that is a little more expensive but I will be happy to use that for your purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item just isn't what you wanted, I will take it back and give you a refund of the purchase price. I cannot refund the shipping cost because that money is already paid out. If an item is grossly misrepresented by me, I WILL give you a complete refund of purchase price and shipping costs. All returned items must be postmarked/returned within seven days of receipt and in the same condition and shipping box in which it was received. If an item is damaged or lost in shipping please let me know so that the paperwork may be sent to you for refunds from USPS or Fed Ex. Remember, you can only get a refund from these companies if your package is insured.
Additional policies and FAQs
If more than one item is purchased, I do combine shipping costs in most cases to save you money. Thanks!!
