1 out of 5 starsUnless you are absolutely certain your measurements are correct I wouldn’t buy. The no margin for error doesn’t seem right. The no refund or exchange thing is sort of wild.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the fixture wasn't the right fit for your space. The dimensions of the fixture, including the ceiling plate size, are provided in the listing description and product photos so customers can verify compatibility before purchasing. We also clearly state our return policy in the listing, which limits returns to items that arrive damaged. During our conversation, we reviewed the situation together, and it was acknowledged that the measurements had been checked prior to purchase. We understand how disappointing it can be when a product doesn't work as expected, and we appreciate the opportunity to assist and answer questions throughout the process.
