If you choose to purchase our goods at this time, please be aware that such delays may apply for the foreseeable future. We appreciate your patience.

REVISED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES (APRIL 2020):
Due to restrictions being enforced in response to COVID-19, we’re obliged to raise our minimum international shipping fee to A$14.90 (approximately US$9.06) until further notice. However, US shoppers please note that you are now eligible for free shipping on any checkout purchase to the value of US$35 or more. We are also waiving the domestic shipping fee on many of our smaller items for Australian shoppers.

REFUND POLICY:
In view of significant shipping delays being experienced due to the reduction of services in the wake of COVID 19, we will only accept requests for refunds due to non-receipt of goods after a period of three weeks have passed for domestic shipments in Australia, and after four months have passed for international shipments outside of Australia. This policy will remain in place until shipping services have returned to pre-COVID capacity. We regret that we are obliged to take this measure and we thank you for understanding.
