HOLIDAY NOTICE:
Orders must be placed by DECEMBER 10TH in order to guarantee delivery by Christmas. This is including potential delays on USPS's side, and the potential to issue a replacement that will also arrive by Christmas, should it come to that. Please shop with that in mind! I'd hate for the orders to come later than expected for the holidays, so if you need the order by December 23rd, please be sure to order by December 8th. (The post office will be closed on Sunday, December 24th, as well as Monday, December 25th.) Any orders placed after this date may or may not be received by Christmas. Let me know if you have any other questions!
Due to increased volume and tracking shakiness with USPS, I am reluctant to guarantee delivery dates. However, if you have a specific date in mind please reach out to me with at least TWO WEEKS notice/write in your seller note so that I'm aware of it. Due to my processing time of 1-3 business days, and USPS's first-class delivery times of 2-6 business days, I am unable to guarantee any packages within a week. If you let me know in advance by a two week courtesy, I can guarantee delivery by that date. I do apologize for any inconvenience this raises, but I'm worried about packages getting held up in distribution centers and always feel rotten when they can't get to you in time, so please be aware of USPS's recent delays and I'll be more than happy to work with you.

An always reminder: Be sure to check the sizes in my listings before purchasing! The last thing I want is for you to receive a product that was not what you had thought it would be. I strive to be as open and honest in all of my communications and descriptions of items. If you ever have any doubts about an item, never hesitate to let me know and I would love to provide you with more information!
Please make sure your address is correct! If USPS does not recognize it, I will place it on hold until I receive confirmation from you, and cancel if I do not hear back from you within one week. If you anticipate that your package will be returned or otherwise sent back, please let me know so we can get that situation figured out with either a refund or another ship out to the correct address! I process tons of orders and if a package returns to me from X amount of time ago, I won't be able to narrow it down! I want to get these to their well-deserved homes with you.

5 out of 5 starsBeautiful crystal piece. I ordered the white because the purple was unavailable. I absolutely loved that this piece still had a hint of purple shading at the point. The satiations are lovely and reminds me of a mountain range. An absolutely gorgeous piece. A great addition to my gallery wall!

Custom and personalized orders
If you would like a custom order of crystals in my shop, please contact me with an approximate number of how many you need and your timeline of when you will need them. If the crystals are in stock, they will have the same processing time of 1-3 business days. If they are not, please expect a general processing period of around 3 weeks.
Care instructions
Crystals can be quite fragile - please take care with them. Additionally, quartz crystals such as amethyst and rose quartz, as well as fluorite will slowly fade and lose their color in the sun - be careful not to over-expose your crystals!
Wholesale availability
Feel free to contact me for any bulk purchases! Bulk discount and rates will apply or kick in at purchases of ten hearts or more, of any type. This applies to varied kinds of hearts, as long as the total of all the hearts is above ten. The more you intend to purchase, the higher the discount. As listed in my customized listings, hearts in stock will have a processing time of 1-3 days, but if they are not currently in stock, please expect up to 3 weeks of processing time.
Bulk pricing for my bulk amethyst crystals listing will kick in at over 150 crystals. As for bulk pricing for tumbled stones and any other listings, please contact me for individual quotes.
I Have an Extra Piece?
I do my best when I can to include a small extra crystal or two, if it is possible - this mostly applies to tumbled stone listings.
What will my order look like?
All of the pictures in my listings are of my actual crystals, in all kinds of natural light. I do my best to represent my crystals accurately, and always offer sizing details in the listings. Crystals are natural and will always be unique, but remain substantially similar to the listing pictures. No two crystals or hearts are alike. :) If you are ever curious as to which crystals SPECIFICALLY you will receive, feel free to drop me a message and ask for pictures.
Will you reserve crystals for me?
If you send me a message over Etsy, I absolutely will put aside a few crystals until you are able to purchase! You must give me an estimated time you'll be able to purchase within the next month - if you do not, I will only hold onto them for one week. Please understand that this is because I receive many queries over whether I can hold crystals, with no responses or communication with the buyer I cannot hold them indefinitely!
Can I get a refund/return?
If you're unhappy with your order, don't hesitate to let me know so I can make this right. My refund policy is that I offer a full refund upon return of the order. My refund/return policy is valid for one month from the date of delivery. You must let me know beforehand if you happen to decline the incoming package so I know to look for your order for a refund. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out and I'll be happy to come to a specific solution for you.
Can I get a replacement?
Replacements are on a case by case basis - though I wrap my crystals carefully, sometimes transit can be rough, so if a crystal arrives broken I'll be more than happy to offer you a replacement or refund. You must submit pictures of the broken crystals, and the packaging it came in if possible.
